About Us

Meet Heather a dedicated and experienced dog trainer with a passion for helping pets and their owners achieve harmony. With a solid foundation in animal behavior, she trained under the Animal Behavior Systems for two years, gaining invaluable insights into canine psychology and training techniques.

Building on this expertise, Heather honed their skills at Sea World’s Pets on Stage show, where they trained a variety of animals for live performances. This unique experience provided her with a deep understanding of animal behavior in dynamic environments.
Heather's unique training background, encompassing both service dog training and performance animal work, has equipped her with a versatile approach to canine education. Her experience working with service dogs, who dedicate their lives to assisting others without material reward, has instilled in her a deep appreciation for the canine spirit and a commitment to fostering a strong bond between dogs and their human companions. Additionally, her time spent training performing animals at SeaWorld has honed her skills in positive reinforcement techniques, utilizing treats to motivate and reward desired behaviors. By blending these two distinct training philosophies, Heather is able to tailor her methods to the individual needs and learning styles of each canine client, creating a positive and effective learning experience for both dog and owner.

In 2001,All Star Animal Training was founded in Orlando, Florida, with a mission to provide top-notch training services to dogs and their owners. The business quickly gained a reputation for excellence. In 2009 the business moved to Cleveland, Ohio so Heather could be closer to family where the business continued to flourish.

In 2018, Heather paused training to focus on becoming a licensed foster parent and pursue her dreams of motherhood. She adopted her son in 2021 and now that the family is complete and life has settled a bit she is excited to resume her more than 20 year career serving her canine clients and the families who love them.
